NOVEMBER NEWS FROM THE SCIENCE LAB

Our unit of study for all grade levels is WATER. This unit is designed to increase student knowledge of important water-related issues in Arizona, to motivate students to be good water stewards and to meet Arizona's Academic Achievement Standards for Science.

On November 13, all FHCS fourth and fifth graders will have the opportunity to attend the Metro Phoenix Make a Splash with WET Water Festival which takes place this year in Fountain Hills! The water festival activities are inquiry-based, hands-on and interactive. We love to learn while having fun. Isn't the best education fun, too?
