6:30 p.m. in the gym

 Officers Present:  President- Phillips Koss; Vice Presidents- Julie Folch & Charles Folch; Treasurer- Lisa Loving; Secretary- Gina Prunty

Attendies Present:  Several parents and teachers from welcome back social

I.  General Functions

    A.  Meeting called to order at 6:30 p.m., followed by the Pledge of Allegiance.

    B.  Welcome speech by President Phillips Koss

          1.  Introduction of 2007/2008 officers

          2.  Focus on Science center and Library this year

          3.  Participation requested for parents and teachers to become PTO members

          4.  Fab Food Friday sign-up reminder

          5.  Request  of Thanksgiving parade/float coordinator

    C.  Treasurer’s Report- Lisa Loving presented a balance of $90,000

    D.  Acknowledgement of “Phillips Arena” banner

    E.  Teacher stipends handed out to all teachers of $500.00

    F.  Group photograph taken
