These groups develop and nurture your child’s musical abilities. Students are welcome to play any instrument desired.

Milano Music 480-834-6581 offers a rental program. These are quality instruments. Children need the quality to assure the best sound.

MUSIC EDUCATION GENERAL CLASS

Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade

Each class is taught with respect to age-appropriateness, delivering knowledge in meaningful ways to blend and adapt the environment into one of musical appreciation, self-fulfillment, and building that connection with other subjects areas.

We explore music through a variety of ways utilizing the fun of games and strategies incorporation interpersonal and intrapersonal challenges, linguistic and logical application, utilizing a wide range of professional instruments and tools with the following:

• Tone sequences
• Scale development
• Rhythmic explorations

PERFORMANCE APPLICATIONS

• Styles of music
• Choice of performance styles

INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL GROUPS BAND/ORCHESTRA/CHOIR

THEATER

For 5th - 8th graders

This class offers the middle-school age an opportunity to sharpen their skills of presentation trough a weekly session of strictly acting, pretense, and creative explorations through:

• Role playing
• Creative Programming
• Repetition and Memory
• Poise in presentation
• Emotional discovery
• Skits and humor
• Creative Movement
• Stage Presentation

STUDY SKILLS

For 5th - 8th graders

This unique class offers an opportunity of mind and skill sharpening, organizing group movement and participating in the development of game application to study skill habits. The students learn to move through the maze of pathways to create fun and challenging styles of study. Positive reinforcement encourages the competitive edge and enlightens the fun of learning.
